Aged 12 months in barrique. Full-bodied yet elegant, complex aromas: fruity (dried plum, red forest fruits), notes of smoke and bitter chocolate.
Type: Dry Red Wine
Residual Sugar: 1.0 g/L
Total Acidity: 5.5 g/L
The most popular Romanian red variety, which has found a very good terroir in Dealu Mare, is vinified in the LacertA range with the idea of expressing the typicality of the variety as well as possible: medium-bodied, elegant, fruity and slightly spicy. The primary aromas of red fruits and dried plum are elegantly enveloped by the secondary aromas from the barrique — chocolate, vanilla and coffee.
It pairs perfectly with traditional Romanian dishes, smoked meat or aged cheeses.
