Description
The most popular Romanian red grape variety, which has found an excellent terroir in Dealu Mare, is vinified in the LacertA range with the idea of expressing the varietal's typical characteristics as well as possible: medium-bodied, elegant, fruity, and slightly spicy. Primary aromas of red fruits and dried plums are elegantly enveloped by secondary aromas from the barrique — chocolate, vanilla, and coffee.
It pairs perfectly with traditional Romanian dishes, smoked meats, or matured cheeses.
